01 Acceptance of Terms

Once you register an OKJL account, make a deposit, or place a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the OKJL platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

OKJL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For important updates, we will notify you through the email address associated with your account or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of OKJL after any update means you accept the revised Terms. Please check this page from time to time so you stay informed.

02 Eligibility

To access the OKJL platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Before you play, make sure online betting and gaming are legal where you live.
• If you live in a place that clearly bans online gambling, you are not allowed to register or play on OKJL.
• Always register and place bets for yourself only. Never act for someone else.
• OKJL staff, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to open an account or place bets.

OKJL may ask you to confirm your age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide acceptable proof, we may suspend your account and hold any pending withdrawals until your verification is finished. We treat age checks as a priority: keeping minors away from gambling is a firm commitment here at OKJL.

03 Account Registration

You need to create your own OKJL account to use everything the platform offers, such as deposits, betting, and withdrawals. Signing up is free and usually takes under two minutes. While registering, fill in correct and complete details like your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Only one account is allowed per person. If we find that someone has opened multiple accounts — based on name, device, IP address, payment method, or other signals — we will close all duplicates. Any balance left in duplicate accounts may be forfeited depending on OKJL's decision.

• Protect your username and password. Never share them with anyone.
• Contact OKJL right away if you think someone else has accessed your account without your permission.
• OKJL will never ask you to share your password through email, chat, or phone support.
• Your OKJL account and the registered name attached to it cannot be transferred or assigned to anyone else.

04 Deposits and Payments

OKJL processes deposits using the payment methods shown in your account. All deposits are handled in Philippine pesos (₱). OKJL does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are usually credited to your OKJL balance in real time. If a deposit does not appear within a few minutes, please contact support and provide your transaction reference number. OKJL is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is shown in the deposit section before you confirm each transaction.
• Deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the exact same name as your OKJL account.
• OKJL does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payments made on behalf of someone else.
• For responsible gaming purposes, OKJL reserves the right to apply deposit limits on individual accounts.
• If you accidentally deposit the wrong amount, a reversal is not always guaranteed. Contact support immediately so we can check the transaction.

05 Withdrawals

OKJL processes withdrawals to the payout account linked to your profile under the same registered name. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method you choose, and our team works around the clock to handle requests. Fast, secure payouts are a key priority for OKJL.

OKJL may ask you to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. This standard step helps keep your account safe from unauthorized cashouts. You may need to submit a copy of a national ID or another government-issued ID.

• The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₱200.
• Your withdrawal must go to an account under your name. No exceptions.
• OKJL does not impose any withdrawal fee for standard transactions.
• Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before you can withdraw them. See Section 7 for details.
• OKJL may hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours if extra verification is needed.
• OKJL will not process withdrawals to accounts flagged for suspicious activity.

06 Betting Rules

Every bet you place on OKJL follows the specific rules of the sport, game, or market involved. You can find these rules on the corresponding market or game page. When you place a bet, you are confirming that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

OKJL may void any bet placed due to a technical error, wrong odds display, or system malfunction. If this happens, the stake will be credited back to your account. OKJL can also set or adjust the maximum stake for any market at any time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled based on the specific market rules.
• OKJL has the final say on how any bet is settled.
• The minimum bet amount is ₱10 for most markets.
• The maximum payout for a single bet may be limited, and any cap is shown within the specific market.
• OKJL reserves the right to restrict access to particular markets for individual accounts at any time.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, OKJL gives out bonuses and promos to new and current players. Every bonus comes with its own conditions, such as wagering requirements, deadlines, and game restrictions. Those conditions are posted with each promo and are considered part of this Terms and Conditions page.

Wagering requirements tell you how many times you need to bet the bonus before you can withdraw it as cash. For example, if a bonus has a 10x requirement, total bets placed using that bonus must reach ten times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed.

• Bonus funds go into a separate bonus balance and stay non-withdrawable until you complete the wagering requirements.
• You can only have one active bonus at a time, unless the specific promo terms say otherwise.
• OKJL has the right to cancel or remove any bonus offer at any time without advance warning.
• Any bonus obtained through fraud, such as using multiple accounts, will be taken away and forfeited.
• OKJL can impose maximum bet limits when you play using an active bonus balance.
• If you fail to meet the wagering requirements within the given period, the bonus will expire.

08 Responsible Gaming

OKJL is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting should stay an enjoyable form of entertainment—not something that causes financial stress or personal harm. To support that, we offer a range of tools that help players manage their activity, and we encourage every player aged 21 and above to use them.

Every OKJL account holder can access the responsible gaming tools below free of charge. Once you activate any of them, the change takes effect right away:

• Deposit Limits You can set a cap on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. If you lower the limit, it takes effect immediately. If you want to raise it, you need to wait 24 hours before the increase becomes active.
• Session Reminders You can also set a time limit for each gaming session. OKJL will send you a notification once you reach that limit, so you know it is time to stop.
• Cooling-Off Period You can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. While the cooling-off period is active, you cannot deposit funds or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion You may choose to close your account for at least six months. Self-exclusion starts immediately, and you cannot reverse it or open a new account during that period.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The actions listed below are strictly prohibited on the OKJL platform. If you engage in any of them, your account will be suspended right away, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and OKJL may report the matter to the appropriate authorities:

• Creating more than one account on OKJL.
• Giving false or misleading details during sign-up or identity verification.
• Using automated programs, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the OKJL platform.
• Taking advantage of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to get an unfair edge over other players.
• Working with other players to fix game results or influence betting markets.
• Using OKJL for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial transaction.
• Trying to log in to or access another player's account without permission.
• Using your own OKJL account to place bets for another person.
• Taking part in any kind of match-fixing or attempt to manipulate sports outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or mistreating OKJL team members or fellow players.

10 Account suspension and closure

OKJL can suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without advance notice, if we believe the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, taken part in prohibited behavior, or created a risk to the platform’s integrity.

If your account is suspended, we will send a notice to the email address on file. You may be allowed to explain your side regarding the suspension before a final decision is reached. For serious violations such as fraud, money laundering, or the use of bots, OKJL may close your account immediately without prior notice. Always keep your registered email updated so you do not miss important notices.

• You can close your OKJL account at any time by reaching out to our support team.
• If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be sent back to the payment method registered on your account.
• Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the wagering requirements will not be returned when the account is closed.
• If an account is closed because of a violation of these Terms, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

11 Intellectual Property

Everything on the OKJL platform, such as the website layout, logos, graphics, game interfaces, written text, and software, is owned by OKJL or its licensed content providers. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, share, or make derivative works from any OKJL content unless you have explicit written permission.

The OKJL name, logo, and overall brand identity are protected as registered trademarks. You may not use the OKJL brand in any way without permission, whether on social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and can lead to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

OKJL makes the platform available on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep the site up and running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or completely free of technical issues. OKJL is not responsible for any losses caused by downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.

Within the limits allowed by applicable law, OKJL's total liability to a player for any claim related to platform use is capped at the amount that player deposited during the 30 days before the claim. OKJL will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

13 Privacy and Data

OKJL collects and processes your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. When you register an account, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as explained in that policy. 14 Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to the jurisdiction where OKJL operates. If any disagreement arises from these Terms or your use of the OKJL platform, it will be handled exclusively by the courts in that same jurisdiction.

If a court decides that any part of these Terms is invalid or cannot be enforced, the rest of the Terms will still apply. That specific provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it valid and enforceable.
